'Texas' Rolling Cedar is a big bay roan American Quarter Horse Stallion,  a grandson of High Rolling Roany. He has an amazing disposition and conformation. He is a very gentle boy, quick to learn, great with children. He has speed, great build and can turn on a dime!

 

Horses with these bloodlines are sought after by ranchers and ropers all over the state. Colts sired by Tex’s full brother, 'Blue' Cedar Smoke have been sold and shipped to many very satisfied people throughout the U.S.

 

Texas has been being trained by B.J. and is doing extremely well, he is very well mannered around any horses including mares in heat! He loads, hauls, stands and halters well. After just 3 training sessions B.J. was up and riding him he learns very quicly, can turn on a dime and is a nice comfy ride - hasn't bucked once!  First time using him to breed to our mares and his manners were exceptional for pasture and hand breeding!

 

We are proud to offer a quarter horse stud service with Tex. We are located in Bozeman, Gallatin County, Southwest Montana and offer great mare care with a colt or mare care without a colt by your mare's side. For wet mares ask us about our foal training - whilst your mare is here for breeding get your foal some basic ground training at a discounted rate.
