Winnie is an adorable Clydesdale draft 2007 mare. At only 3 she is the tallest in our bunch of horses and is growing by the minute - this is going to be one gentle GIANT!

 

We rescued Winnie this year and we are looking to find her a loving home. She will stay with us until the right home for her comes along!

 

Winnie can be registered with the Clysdesdale Breeders of the USA. She is really pretty and easy to work with, despite her beginning of life she is very trusting and willing. She is great with her foot work and stands good for trimming and grooming, halters, loads and hauls well.

 

We haven't done anything but ground work training as we waited until fully recovered from her previous home (she was malnourished when she arrived here and her hooves were 3 inches too long!) but everything we try new she takes it all in her stride!

 

She is the easiet horse to catch as she would rather be hanging out with a person, craving all the attention! A big puppy dog who will follow you even out away from her food! She will make a great beginners horse to work and learn together or a fabulous 4H project horse!
