We always say 'matchmaking' because for us it is all about the horse. Every horse, like humans, fits with a different person - they could be extremely right for one person and oh so wrong for another! So we like to find the forever home for the horse and perfect 'buddy' for the human and the horse! We believe this is like your 'dating' site to find your perfect equine match! Some humans like a bigger stout horse, wanted for dressage or ranching - some human would prefer  smaller finer horse for cutting and reining. Some only care that the horse is placid and will be a great trail riding / hunting horse - Such different tasks and different build's, not every horse is perfect for this - no matter how much training you put into it - we endeavor to find the right horse fit for you and the right fit of a home for ours and your horses.

 

Our main priority for every sale is the well being of the horse, our own horses for example we will sometimes drop our asking price if its perfect new owner comes along and we know our horse will be in a loving, safe environment, treated with respect and dignity and is generally just perfectly matched!!!!!!

We basically offer 4 services with this match making deal. A brief example will follow If you need more details on any of these services please do not hesitate to contact us.
 

1. Our basic package: *NEW****We ask you to email us a detailed description - as long or as short as you like including their sex, breed, age, if they are registered then their registered information, bloodlines, training, special ability, disposition and conformation. Plus pictures of your horse(s) - we recommend not just standing pictures but pictures also showing them to the best of their ability, i.e. if they are a show horse, dressage, roping / rodeo, working team - pictures of them in this scenario - plus pictures of them shed off with their summer coat. We will then advertise these on our website and a few other online sites nationwide. If we know and have people on file looking for a horse just like yours then we will also contact them. BUT you will show and sell your horse and be responsible for your horse being ready to be shown to prospective buyers. For this we only ask a $30 per month advertising. We are ranked high in all search engines and get 1000's of hits per month to our site! We welcome you to add a video too, which will attach for an additional $15 until sold. Cheaper than news paper adverts and more sucessful!

2. Our most popular service: We will take the horse(s) on a consignment basis, to our property here and find them a good home for you, for this service we get what you are asking for as a bottom price (as long as we think we can work with it!) then whatever we get on top of that, we take a 60/40% cut (60% to us). For the commission we receive we pay all advertising, feed and daily care of your horse (special dietary requirements are NOT included), vet check, full bathing and grooming including hoof trimming and polishing, showing your horse and our special contracts from our expert legal advisors Equine Legal.  We will however sometimes charge more if your horse is in need of a little touch up training or badly in need of more detailed hoof care  / vaccines / feeding up etc, depending on the case, which we will let you know from the get go. 

 
3. The combined package: We mix the 2 packages together (although you will not be charged for the advertising) - a favorite for the out of State people, where we will advertise and try to arrange a full day / weekend of people to come to our property and view your horse.  You provide us with a full and detailed honest description of your horse(s), we will get your horse fully bathed and groomed before potential buyers arrive and sell your horse, and we will use our special sale contracts. You will be responsible to make sure your horse is up-to-date on vaccines, vet check, brand inspection and hooves are taken care of etc and bring your horse to us for the day of sales. This is not obviously a guaranteed sale as no sale is but we will make sure all buyers are good buyers and we will have enough to make the sale an extremely good chance of happening. If you are traveling from a fair distance and / or the sale is over a few days then we do have a small guesthouse on the property and corrals for you and your horse to stay here. For this we again get your bottom asking price and anything we get over and above we get a 40/60 % (us 40%) cut in commission
 
4. Our last package - SEARCHING: This is not for selling but for searching for your perfect dream horse, this is where we get a detailed description and price range for your dream horse and we actively search for that horse for you. This will ensure you are matched perfectly to your horse and with B.J.'s expertise we will try and find the best for your description and finances. This does not cost you any extra as the sellers of the horse we find for you will pay for our services.
